Commercial Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing a commercial license to LeanSec ("Service", "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Commercial Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Commercial License Grant
Upon successful payment of the one-time license fee (€490), LeanSec Systems grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide commercial license to use the LeanSec Studio, generate customized ISO 27001 / SOC 2 policy documentation, auto-fill vendor security questionnaires, and export operational risk registers for your organization.
3. Local-First Processing & Confidentiality
LeanSec is architected as a 100% Client-Side application. All spreadsheet parsing, policy generation, and risk evaluations occur strictly within your web browser's local memory. LeanSec Systems does not collect, transmit, or store your proprietary client spreadsheets or corporate configurations on external servers.
4. Payments, VAT & Invoicing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. An official VAT invoice is generated automatically upon transaction completion and delivered to your designated billing email address.
5. Disclaimer & Compliance Responsibility
LeanSec provides customizable policy templates, fuzzy matching assistance, and risk assessment baselines aligned with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II criteria. While designed to meet stringent audit requirements, Licensee remains solely responsible for the technical accuracy and operational enforcement of its security program.
